Description: Land plan and site design for 60 units of multi-family affordable housing on 6.5 acres.

Key Features: Decentralized storm water system utilizing low impact development principles and green infrastructure BMP’s.

Protection of sensitive drainage basin along the northern property line with steep slopes and large hardwood trees.
