Description: Comprehensive site renovations and grounds improvements within all common areas throughout the 2,400 acre resort including: roadway improvements; trails, boardwalks, landscaping, irrigation, lighting and signage.

Key Features: Management of multiple construction contracts over a three-year period; coordination with nearly 70 individual homeowners associations; collaboration with multiple committees; regular reporting and presentations to the Board of Directors
