Responsibilities: Master Planning

Description: Land plan and site design for 316 units of senior affordable housing on 123 acres.

Key Features: Nearly 50% of the property was unbuildable due to the existing lake and the 100 YR Flood Plain. The property owner hired the development team to figure out the highest and best use for the site.

Site plan included independent senior housing, assisted living, memory care and multi-family residences; self-storage; community center; road layout; multi-use trails; two lake-front parks; and a large community garden.
