Description: The City purchased this property to mitigate storm water runoff from surrounding development in order to restore the adjacent McDaniel Branch Creek.

Key Features: The design of the property included 3 wet detention ponds and 2 constructed wetlands.
RDS worked with the engineers on the layout and design of the ponds and wetlands and produced a native species planting plan to re-vegetate the entire property after construction.
