Description: Design of a community pool and club house amenity area on the top of a parking deck, including site plan, grading & drainage, materials and finishes, furniture, fencing, barbecue grills and landscaping.

Design of two courtyard gardens, which included a detailed system of stairs and retaining walls to create intimate outdoor seating areas.
