Description: The conceptual master plan for this 50-acre park was generated for the Friends of Johns Homestead Park group to preserve the greenspace and several historic structures, while providing natural hiking trails, and amenities like boardwalks, overlook decks, picnic pavilions and playgrounds.

Key Features: The property contains a collection of some of the oldest structures in DeKalb County. It also contains two creeks, two large lakes and a series of wetlands that play a critical role in mitigating stormwater for this area.
