Responsibilities: Master Planning

Description: Land plan and site design for forty units of senior affordable duplexes on 8 acres.

Key Features: Site plan included road layout, building locations, leasing office, sidewalks, street trees, a 4.5-acre park, and a large community garden.

Buildings were arranged based on the “pocket neighborhood” concept, with parking behind the units and shared greenspace between each pod, which would also serve to treat stormwater.
